Self-defense and boxing for women
Practice stance, distance and a firm voice with pads and a partner, in English or in Spanish. Come on your own, with a friend or with your daughter.

What we practice
Every class starts with a warm-up and ends with a bow. In between you work with a partner and pads, at your own pace.
Stance, distance and a firm voice, then strikes on pads and how to release a wrist grab. Each class has a clear order, so you always know what is coming next.

Jab, cross, hook and footwork on the bag and mitts. Light-contact partner rounds come when you are ready, and not before.

Taught by Julisa, in English or Spanish

Short series for a first try, for mothers and daughters, or for a fresh start with boxing.
Stance, distance, a firm voice and one release from a grab.
A series for anyone who has never trained. Each week builds on the last, and every drill is with a partner you choose.
The same drills, side by side, at a pace the two of you set.
Daughters train beside their mother the whole time and leave with her. A good way in if your daughter would like to try before joining a weekly class.
Footwork, jab, cross and hook on the bag and mitts.
No sparring and no experience needed. You learn the basic punches and how to move, one step at a time.
