Classes
What we practice
Six kinds of class, each with a clear order. Classes have up to 14 women, and you choose your partner.
Self-defense fundamentals
Stance, distance and a firm voice, then strikes on pads and how to release a wrist grab. Each class has a clear order, so you always know what is coming next.

Boxing basics
Jab, cross, hook and footwork on the bag and mitts. Light-contact partner rounds come when you are ready, and not before.
